Shipping & Returns

Ruvion products are being brought to market in stages. Where Ruvion products are sold through a marketplace, that marketplace's shipping and returns policies apply to your order in addition to this policy. Direct ordering options will be added as they become available, at which point the terms below govern those orders.

For orders fulfilled directly by Ruvion, we ship within the United States. Processing and delivery timeframes, along with any shipping costs, are shown at checkout or on the relevant product listing before you complete an order.

For orders placed through a marketplace, shipping is handled according to that marketplace's and seller's stated timeframes.

We want you to be satisfied with Ruvion products. For orders fulfilled directly by Ruvion, you may request a return of an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Some items may be subject to specific conditions, which will be noted on the product listing.

For purchases made through a marketplace, returns and exchanges are handled under that marketplace's return process.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Approved refunds for direct orders are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
